Booking & PaymentTo secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers initial venue and logistical commitments and is therefore non-refundable under any circumstance.
All prices are listed in Euros (€).The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date (October 14, 2025). Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the loss of your booking, with no refund of the deposit.
Currency & FeesAll prices are listed in Euros (€). You are fully responsible for covering all transaction and currency conversion fees associated with your payment. Please ensure that you select the correct payment option so that the full retreat fee is received in the exact amount due. Any shortfall in payment due to transfer fees must be covered by the participant.
Cancellations & RebookingAll bookings are binding. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except in the limited circumstance described below.
If you are unable to attend due to illness, you may request to rebook your place or transfer it to someone else up to 30 days before the retreat. This must be done in writing via email to Barbora and include a valid doctor’s certificate. In this case, your paid amount may be held as a credit toward a similar future event within 1 year from the original start date.
Rebooking requests within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be accepted, and no credit or refund will be offered, regardless of the reason.
Should you fall ill or need to leave after the retreat has begun, no refunds or rebookings will be granted.
Organizer RightsBarbora reserves the right to postpone or relocate the retreat in the event of serious illness or unforeseen, disruptive circumstances affecting her or the venue.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, Barbora may cancel the retreat. In this case, you will receive a full refund of any retreat payments made. Please note: travel, accommodation, or any personal expenses outside of the retreat fee will not be reimbursed.
Liability & InsuranceParticipants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and insurance. It is highly recommended that you have travel insurance to cover any trip interruptions, medical needs, or personal cancellations.
Barbora is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or travel disruptions that occur before, during, or after the retreat.
What’s Not IncludedThe following costs are not included in the retreat fee:
Travel to and from the venue
Travel insurance or personal health insurance
Airport transfers
Flights
Visa fees (if applicable)
Additional activities, treatments, or excursions not listed in the itinerary
Personal Responsibility & DisclaimerAll retreat offerings are provided within a holistic, educational, and supportive framework. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic treatment, nor financial or legal advice.
By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being at all times.
- Practices such as meditation, breathwork, movement, creative expression, ritual, and group sharing may evoke deep emotional responses.
- You are empowered to honor your own boundaries, and to seek additional professional support when necessary.
- If you are under psychiatric care, dealing with a medical condition, or in a vulnerable mental health state, you agree to consult your healthcare provider before participating in the retreat.

When you register for a retreat, event, or digital offering with Barbora:
- We collect only essential personal information (name, email, etc.) to provide you with the best experience.
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except for secure payment and email platforms.
- By signing up, you consent to receive emails with retreat info, updates, and relevant offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- We are fully compliant with the Swedish Personal Data Act and EU GDPR regulations.

ntellectual PropertyAll content shared before, during, or after the retreat — including but not limited to written materials, graphics, digital downloads, workshop frameworks, and recorded media — is the intellectual property of ‘Flourish with Barbora’.
None of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial or educational purposes without prior written permission.
Governing Law & JurisdictionThese terms and policies are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any legal matters or disputes will be resolved through Swedish courts.
